Ever since the last 45 years MJM center for charity and its Consortium Members, National Trust & SCD have been fully engaged in Dynamic and multidimensional Charity operations in the state of Kerala, India with the help, support, and guidance of parish Priests of Roman catholic church namely Rev.Fr. MJM President's Message

Hi dear all, I‟m Davison Augustine Kottayil (Ex project manager American Army, Dept of Defence) aged 70yrs, permanently residing at Mavelikara, Kerala, India the President Co-ordinator of MJM Centre for charity and the consortium Director of two other NGOs, with whom we associate and work together namely the National Trust & Society for Culture & development. On behalf of all our associate members, I whole heartedly, most cordially and respectfully welcome all of you to the “ WORLD OF CHARITY‟‟ of MJM & Associates.

Ever since the last 45 years MJM center for charity and its Consortium Members, National Trust & SCD have been fully engaged in Dynamic and multidimensional Charity operations in the state of Kerala, India with the help, support, and guidance of parish Priests of Roman catholic church namely Rev.Fr. Solomon, Rev.Fr. Jose Kaleekal, Rev.Fr. Jospeph Thomas and Rev.Monsignor James Parappallil and with the guidance and support of most respected Bishop Osthathios Mar Geevarghese, who blessed and named „Mochaka Jeevaka Munnettam‟ which means “liberating life giving movement’’ and inaugurated MJM Admin Office Building in 1983 at MJM Centre Bld. No.277,ward 9 of MMC Mavelikara, Kerala, India on 12.10.1983. Before furtherance, I may introduce our two associate NGOs who dedicatedly plan and wish to co-operate with MJM and execute the decided proposals in the field of Charity for the coming 5 years from 2024 to 2029 for the upliftment of the poor and needy and the abandoned.

OUR OBJECTIVES AND ESTIMATED PROJECTS IN THE COMING 5 YEARS FROM 2024 TO 2029

We have well planned & well designed Multi diamentional Rehabilitation and upliftment projects for the poor and the needy, homeless and the weaker section of the Lowest strata of society. To help and support the sick /old destitute mothers and abandoned orphan children in society irrespective of cast colour creed and religion but purely based on humanitarian consideration.

We have a definite plan to help the poor fisher men Community of Kerala also, who are residing on the long sea shore of Arabian Sea, lake shore and the river banks of Kerala state, who face immense difficulty during rough seas and rainy seasons, due to natural calamities and Floods who shall definitely be considered for housing and better living conditions including giving microfinance for the maintenance of the existing houses. Details of our Major Project proposals


1. The Primary consideration shall obviously be for the housing Project for the Lowest strata of Society. We have special consideration for TRIBALS in Attapadi / for the poor& helpless destitute mothers who are homeless people of Kerala and for Fisherman, we do have a very Astonishingly beautiful housing proposal by which we can provide small single storied houses in 5 cents of land free of cost-. The deserved ones shall be selected with the help and guidelines of local self govt. bodies for notification and authentification. The biggest housing project ever, in the history of the state of Kerala. We plan and propose for building 1000 houses in each 14 districts of Kerala in a 5 year plan project . The total houses proposed to be constructed shall be 14000in total costing Rs 5 lakhs per each house in 5cents of land and the Lumpsum cost shall reach Indian Rs.700Crores.

OUR SPECIAL PROJECT WITH URGENT PRIORITY



Manovikas Special School for mentally & Physically Handicapped Children is running now at sastamkotta, giving educational support to 200 boys & Girls Co-ordinating 10 Villages. Mr. D. Jacob our consortium partner & The chairman of National Trust is Taking care of Manovikas Special School. We require expansion of School Room, General Development of school building to accomadete 200 children in the school compound itself. Teachers salary package is to be modified at the moment we have well trainted and qualified 20 teachers working for us.


Other than “Manovikas Special School, Sastamcotta, Quilon, which is running now with 200 boys and girls. We propose the construction of a Phase II, New Special School at Kalayapuram, Kottarakkara, Quilon District, Kerala, India

1. “MOTHER THERESA MEMMORIAL AUTISM (SPECIAL) SCHOOL”



: to be constructed at Kalayapuram in 5Acre of Land out of which 1.5 acre is owned by SCD and MJM center for Charity. The total estimated cost of which shall be 140 CR the biggest School which would be able to accommodate. 250 boys & 150 girls students with wide facilities including good residential school building as a major „„SPECIAL SCHOOL‟‟ for physically & mentality handicapped as the Phase –II of Manovikas Sathamkotta. Presently, our special school for Autism / Mentally and Physically handicapped girls is running at Samsthamkotta in the name “Mano Vikas” and Mr. D Jacob the Chairman of National Trust is taking care of the school having 110 girls, accommodated and trained at Manovikas Sasathamkotta, Quilon district, kerala.

As Phase II New, Special School at Kalayapuram in the name of MOTHER TERESA AUTISM SPECIAL SCHOOL shall have to be constructed with all facilities including an excellent school building / residential complex for 250 boys and 150 girls students, auditoriam, training facilities playground/ Entertainment centers etc.. This is a river side project in 5 Acre of land with good transportation facility which is only one and half kilometers in Pattazhy temple Road from Puthoor Junction near Kottarakara from MC road (highway). The estimated cost is 150 Crores. Rs.150Cr

2. For children a Small School for students in LKG/UKG


For children a Small School for students in LKG/UKG with well protected structural building / staff accommodation / Office shall be annexed to Kalayapuram Sarovara complex with all modern aminities to play around and with a school bus to facilitate transportation of kids. Estimated cost shall be Rs.10Crores.

3. MOTHER THERESA ORPHANAGE AT KOTTARKAVU, PUTHIYAKAVU, MAVELIKARA NEED URGENT MAINTENCE

Mother Theresa Orphanage at Kottarkavu, Puthiyakavu, Mavelikara in MJM Owned property in ward 9 Bld No.277 of Mavelikara Muncipality, Alleppey Kerala needs urgent maintenance. On completion of constructions we can accommodate 30 old/ destitute Mothers in the ground floor and Ladies training centre for computer training/ short term Tailoring clasess etc on the 1st Floor. For Self Employment of woman, training of Ladies is aimed for the benefit of the weaker section of society and the Training shall be fully free including free Lunch/Food Service as a part of WOMEN EMPOWERMENT PROGRAMMES. Other trainings like production and marketing of note books, LED Bulbs/Spiral book binding/Candle manufacturing etc is also is considered.

4. MOTHER THERESA ORPHANAGES IN ALL 14 DISTRICTS OF KERALA

As help and support for the Orphans / Destitute/ Abandoned parents, we shall have required number of Orphanages all over Kerala State in 14 districts We shall be committed to immediately interact in all their issues and to find solutions in accommodating and feeding them free of cost, including their medical needs in our Orphanages, all over the state of Kerala.
Our consortium wish to construct 13 Main orphanages in addition to Mother Theresa Orphanage, Mavelikara in all Districts of Kerala to solve the problem of food and accomodation of women/ old men / Children and destitute old- mothers who are sick and helpless. For accommodating 200 men and 200 women well designed accommodation complexes with all required infrastructure constructions need to be made in all the 14 districts of Kerala. The estimated cost shall be 2100 CR(150 CR. EACH)

5. For Leprosy Patients


During festive seasons we conduct special feast for all the 62 lady patients and 100+ gents (affected with leprosy) patients in the Leprosy sanatorium , Nooranad Adoor, Quilon Dt with the permission of Government Doctor who is in charge of sanatorium
We also have to urgently Issue New Bed sheets / Pillows / Wheel chair etc. for those who require them and for out patients Beds. Bed sheets etc need to be provided.Help and support for medical Bill payments for the “heavy hospital bills of the weaker section in society for acute patients for Kidney/Liver Transplanting/ Dialysis/ heart patients in ICCU etc also need to be considered and the expected cost shall be Ind.Rs.10Cr

6. Help and Support for Cancer Patients.

Our field workers/enumerators bring survey report on their surveillance on prompt monitoring. We propose the special importance and care for Cancer patients in the state of Kerala and would like to give financial support also for those who are undergoing Chemo Therapy.

7. MJM BLOOD BANK FOR All Blood Groups

24 hours Service x 7days a week Blood Bank setting – for all blood groups so that any group shall be available at any time. Direct Blood Donors :- We shall arrange voluntary blood donating members from clubs and shall arrange direct blood donation to the critical patient in severe condition. The total cost shall be 1Cr each and the estimated grand total shall be Indian Rupees14Crores. We donate blood and shall be free of cost.

8. ONE OF OUR SPECIAL PROPOSAL & DISTINGUISHED project is “ LIMBS FOR LIFE”

We target to give appropriate limbs for those who require for their lost
Legs/hands to bring them back to normal life. Limbs are costing 3 to 5 lakhs rupees for each according the nature and part. We propose and plan to give them free of cost to support the poor accident victims who suffer a lot to walk with single leg/who lost hands etc. (Estimated cost is 10CR for 5 years).

9. FOR STUDENTS/ORPHANS/LOW INCOME FAMILITES

MJM wish to provide Uniforms/Text Books/School-Bags/Umbrellas and Books and stationary etc. in all schools where ever possible we can help the poor/ Orphan students. Payment of their fee is also considered including the low income group families. MJM plans to give scholarships for brilliant students to any level of education.

10. FOR WOMEN OF POOR FAMILY FREE OF COST TRAINING IN MJM TRAINING CENTRE :-

Training in computer operation and practical data entry operation and to give Crash courses to get a job. IT solution courses for women/widows and girls.

After completion of IT courses we desire to give one personal computer as a free gift also. After 6 months tailoring class when they can run a shop for their livelihood, we wish to give a free sewing machine also as a free gift for the poor widows /women of the suffering families, who suffer a lot to make both ends meet, as a part of our Women Empowerment Policy. MJM also propose for an Industrial Training Institute for boys and girls of the low income families is in our consideration.

11. SAY NO TO DRUGS

MJM proposes to fight against drug consumption/sale/ drug trafficking which is social evle. Conduct symposiums in schools, Educational Institution and to give awareness to the public with rally in public with excellent public speeches to make awareness to people, especially students to keep away from drugs/ Alcoholic Beverages/ Cigarate Smoking and other tobacco items. Rally of children against drugs need to be conducted in the streets with placards using the service of school teachers leadership and control and co-operation of the public.

12.Other Social Commitment make us suggest, propose and decide the following facts:



1. Supporting the poor family of bride with a Marriage gift fund of Rs.3 Lakhs is proposed to be given to the brides family one week before the marriage.

2. Medical bill payments for Tribals/ poor families/accidental cases and deaths. With due respect to the poor mans dead body MJM Consocium whish to pay Rs 10000 for the burrial/Cremiation of that person and to console his family.




3. Construction and maintenance of tribal style of homes at Attappady Tribal area is also considered and proposed. Most adaptable and acceptable houses to Tribals shall be considered constructed and handed over to Tribals absolutely free of cost.



4. Financial help for poor family for paying medical Bill for major surgical operation



5. Medical Bills /to Bear the cost of Organ Transplanting with financial aid.



6. Help patients of chemo Therapy for cancer patients.



7. Help for the mentally and physically challenged & we wish to arrange Treatments for Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, Attention deficit Hyper active disorder Physiotherapy, Behavioral Physiotherapy for those required, Special Therapy, Occupational Therapy, etc as required , INDIAN OTISM strode / Our new proposed school at Kalayapuram Kottarakkara , shall be one of the Best in state for Autism, physically and mentality handicapped students in 5 acre of of land with all modern amenities required for an autism school Building for almost 500 students and their accommodation Complex and Recreational facilities.

Fighting against mal nutritions of carrying women/babies should be implemented by prompt surveillance of our field staff and distribute the supply of Vitamin enriched food and medicines as required especially in Slum and tribal areas..

13. JAIL VISITS


As part of Our Social responsibility we shall make JAIL VISITS to Console the prisoners and afterwards their families to provide legal and other help if required. Many behind the bars are innocent and are only accused as criminals. We help them to get legal help to fight for rights.

14.MJM De-Addiction Centre


MJM& its Consortium proposes for a new De addiction Centre . We already have a 3500 sq.ft 2 storied building at Kalayapuram in Larry Baker design which is Fully owned by SCD and MJM Societies. Further required Construction shall be made as soon as possible as required at Kalayapuram Village/Andamon Kottarakara Quilon District Kerala

15. MJM MULTI SPECIALITY HOSPITAL EDATHUA( NOW FUNCTIONING)


MJM do have its super specialty hospital at Edathuva. Alleppey Kerala. The Founder is very Reverent Monsignor (Late) James Parappally(My Uncle) who was parish priest of St. Gregory Church California USA for 26 years. On return he constructed the hospital and donated to the sisters of CMI (Carmaletha Mary Immaculate) congregation in Edathua Near St. George Church Edathua. We plan to conduct frequent Medical Camps, using the facilities of MJM Hospital Edathua, Alappuzha District, Kerala.Rev. Sister Merciline 87 years (my aunt) is the Managing Director.

16. Medical Camps

We plan for free health checkups for the public- cardiac Tests / Ecg /Blood Sugar/ free eye checkups and free eye glasses shall be given for the old people . Medical camps for all the 14 Districts are expected to cost Rs.1Cr.

17. FREE DIALYSIS CENTRE


MJM wish to open 14 free dialysis Centers, for the poor and the needy patients in all 14 districts of Kerala. We also plan to conduct free ambulance services for causal emergencies for the poor people. The ambulances shall be stationed at 14 dialysis centers or at Mother Theresa Orphanages as convenient. One Ambulance cost approximately Rs.50 lakhs. The estimated total cost shall be Rs.50Cr for dialysis Centers and Ambulances.

MJM Consortium presents and proposes our Most Required Educational Institutions as given below:


01.NURSING COLLEGE (BSc Nursing) & GENERAL NURSING 50% Fee concession for economically poor students.


MJM wish and propse the construction and opening of a BSC Nursing College at Mavelikara Alappuzha Dist, Kerala for 400-500 nursing students. Due to lack of Nursing colleges students from Kerala have to go to Karnataka, Tamilnadu, Andrapradesh and other states for their professional education. Estimated cost shall be Rs.150 Cr. Competent building complexes with all facilities for the students shall be equipped.

02.DENTAL COLLEGE

A Dental College is also proposed in 8 Acre of land at Mavelikara Alleppey Dist, Kerala with Modern building complex. With all facilities according to the required standard of the Dental Council of India and up to the international standard, costing Rs.115 Cr.

03. IELTS / OET COLLEGE

MJM PROPOSES for a new college for IELTS / OET for doctors, nurses, engineers, other paramedical students and professionals to facilitate to go abroad. The Construction of a college for IELTS/OET with accommodation for students is to be constructed at Mavelikara. with recreation facility/canteen and all required facilities. This is to facilitate to attain maximum job opportunities abroad for doctors, engineers, nurses and students also. This college building construction is targeted at a capacity of accommodating 1000 students at a time. Estimated cost Indian RS.100Cr including the cost of land

04. COLLEGE OF PARAMEDICAL STUDIES

We propose for a college of paramedical studies for the low income group/orphans and widows free of cost training for Lab Tech/Assist/X-ray Technicians/ECG/Scan/MRI scanning etc Etc. After one year training they shall get employment in any hospital/open up their own establishment so that poor girls and boys shall get an opportunity to survive in society with a better job.

05. COLLEGE OF CATERING & FOOD TECHNOLOGY



Youngsters from poor family who can‟t get a pass in higher educations/ those didn‟t get admission for higher studies are suffering a lot. MJM wish to adopt and direct them to join the MJM catering college and get diploma in specified jobs and get well-paid jobs including star hotels or find their own options to find better job and better living conditions with their Diploma in Hotel Industry.
In general MJM proposes special training for all students in Plus One and Plus two level/ Training for defensive driving / on road safety hazards management/ mock fire drills/fire extinguishing first aid and firefighting and training in identifying use of extinguishers according to color codes. Public Service Commission / Bank Tests coaching is also suggested.

06. Drinking water Projects:


MJM wish to propose the construction of drinking water projects in Tribal and Slum Areas where people are thickly populated and water shortage is most affected. Also propose urgent construction of bore wells and ring wells for the supply of good drinking water facilities with proper filtration and R.O Plant facilities.

07. Waste management in urban and rural areas


A low cost operational chart shall be maintained by using cheap labors from other state employees for waste collection and disposal. Waste Management plant is also required to be setup in appropriate areas as required ensuring safety and strictly observing norms of tribunal.

08. Proposal for URGENT HELP FOR BURING MANIPUR



Urgent help is needed in Manipur State in all walks of life. MJM proposes for appointing a medical team and a team of service staff and field workers to support the suffering population. Especially for those who are temporarily accommodated in the relief camps irrespective of their caste, color and creed. Long term help is required for the residences who lost their houses/ belongings and their dear ones. A team of MJM work force shall have to stay and serve until the situation is normal.

Quite obviously, as you all know that all our dream projects can be materialized, fulfilled and operated only with huge amount of money more than Rs.25000CR for all of our eminent projects which can be completed in 5-7 years. We very well understand that only your mercy, whole hearted help, support and contributions only can make this happen .........‟‟!! Once Mother Theresa went to a Very rich man and asked help for the poor orphan Children. The Richman spit at her face. Mother wiped her face and told “you gave what you wanted to give me..... but what about my Children‟‟....... ? The rich man was shocked and gave her much helps in abundance………. beyond expectations…….!!


Like the rich man……………you also can very mercifully……and most willfully donate now for our noble causes and for the fulfillment of all our dream projects to support the poor and the needy from their suffering world……...!!
